Our Exclusive Staircase range is available in MDF, Timber, and Steel utilising our unique better, faster and smarter proprietary manufacturing systems.
We Supply Australia wide, specalising in high-rise projects. No project too big, too small or too far away!
All our products are 100% manufactured in our 21,000 square foot purpose-built factory in Queanbeyan, NSW (and have done so, closing in on 40 years of continuous trading).
FLIGHT STAIRWAYS initially commenced using the traditional ways of Staircase manufacture and install; exactly as is the industry standard of today. Back then our Manager alongside the design team took note of all the deficiencies, inefficiencies and bottlenecks in this process and set out to totally reconfigure the manufacturing process better, faster and smarter designing a better staircase design system and the install process as Easy as 1-2-3!
Having designed the basic framework, stair designs and punch dies, our company then engaged the Toyota Production System, the World’s Leading Manufacturing Process Engineers. Yes, ‘Toyota’ of Toyota car manufacture fame and we all know how they revolutionised the car industry.
After an investment of some $450,000 and 3 years of exhaustive re-engineering and learning, I am now a devotee of and an expert in this process where we manufacture 52% faster than traditional processes with a significantly less defect and rework rate. (to be precise 98.9% defect free)
Our Staircases & Balustrades are then delivered to your project site – 100% complete.
